Training Schedule

Our public group training takes place from Sunday to Friday, with 4 classes per day. We offer 2 beginner classes per day. These classes are perfect for first-time students and beginners with little or no Muay Thai experience. The main focus is on learning correct technique, basic movements, and building confidence step by step.

We also offer 2 advanced classes per day. These classes are for students with a good basic fitness level and at least 6 months of Muay Thai training experience. Advanced classes include more intense pad work, conditioning, combinations, and light sparring.

In addition, we run 2 fighter classes per day. These classes are not public and are only available for selected fighters with a Punch it fighter agreement or fighters who have an upcoming stadium fight. Anyone confirmed for a stadium fight must attend fighter training twice per day for at least 2 weeks before the fight. Access to this class is only possible with approval from our trainers.

Children’s Muay Thai training for kids under 14 years old is available 3 times per week. To book a class, simply click on the class in the app and follow the booking steps. Important: All classes must be booked in the app one day in advance. Without a confirmed booking in the app, access to the class is not possible.

There are no group classes on Saturdays. However, our fitness center remains open, and private Muay Thai lessons can still be booked on Saturdays.

We are open all year round, except: January 1st in the morning and April 13th and 14th
