Great trainers, clean gym, great experience I have been training there for just few days - but I will for sure come back.
The gym is clean, well equipped, one gets all what one needs for a quality and training developing the new skills.
Especially the trainers- I hope they are well paid for the hard every day work they are doing - with a smile on their faces. Their level of athleticism is as always by thai fighters or former fighter just from a different planet And they keep smiling:)
I can only recommend to train in the gym. Next year I will be back for longer!

Not for the faint hearted What an AMAZING experience, although extremely challenging! (For me anyway). Nevertheless, I enjoyed everything about it, the professionals taking the class were super helpful with me, ( I have never done this previously) they made me feel at ease and their patience with myself was 10/10. Great atmosphere and setup and workout!
I'm 55 and felt great afterwards for pushing myself to go to the class. Would highly recommend this experience.
Great fun group of young professionals.

Great Muay Thai Experience in Koh Samui The coach was nice and encouraging. Since it was my first time engaging in this activity, the coach was patient and not harsh, which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely come back or at least continue doing this activity in my country. Thank you!

Great introduction to Thai boxing Great experience for our first Thai boxing session. We did the beginner group session and it was a good introduction, they taught us step by step the moves boxers use in fights and ensured we all understood before moving on.

It was very sweaty though so take a towel!

The BEST experience I had the time of my life at this place.

Don’t get me wrong the training is very intense, they work you hard but still at your own pace. The quality of the trainers is exceptional where they provide detailed guidance and always remain patient. I levelled up my ability so quickly even only being here for a week.

I stayed in the righter room accommodation which was great, it was cleaned often enough and the facilities were exceptional for the price I paid. When the washing machine was broken they did all of my laundry without asking.

I made life long friends here it’s such a great environment to be in, from the front of house to the trainers to the guys in the cafe the service was exceptional.

I cannot wait to come back here and am planning to ASAP!

Unforgettable experience Unforgettable experience. Trained here for three weeks and am fascinated. Met very nice people from all levels and all around the world.
The gym offers perfect packages for training, accomodation, etc.
The staff is super nice and the trainers are well experienced and extremly friendly. They offer both, beginner and experienced martial artists opportunities to fight in Thailand.
The Training is precisly organized and the gym is clean and offers everything you want and need to train. The healthy café offers delicious and healthy food. The customer service before, during and after the stay is just perfect. They really take care of you. I can highly recommend this gym and will come back for sure!

Do it! Brilliant session with Punch It gym. We went as a family of 5 - 2 of us box, 3 don't. We were made to feel SO welcome & had a great time learning moves against pads & enthusiastic coaches. Very thorough, very professional, hugely enjoyable & 2 returned the following night for another go. One of the best things we've done in Thailand actually - thank you Punch It gym. ️

Excellent taster for Muay Thai boxing This is a general class for beginners that starts with jog and skipping warm up, followed by drills. My children who were entirely new to it were then helped getting the hand binding on and did some basic drills one to one with an instructor. They really enjoyed it and the instructor was very supportive. It was very hot and completed outside in a cover gym, so make sure you have plenty of water. The atmosphere and class were excellent. At the end you line up and thank everyone, which was a lovely touch.

Our training rates include test Punch it gloves and shin guards. Hand wraps can be rented for 50 THB or purchased in our shop. We also sell mouth guards, shorts, T-shirts, and all other Muay Thai equipment at the Punch it Gym Shop. Special rates for professional fighters or large groups are available on request. Eak has over 23 years of Muay Thai coaching experience. With more than 250 fights under his belt, he concluded his active fighting career 10 years ago. His expertise lies in kicks and knees, which has led him to win the majority of his fights.

He grew up fighting since childhood, actively fought and trained until 2022. Monthly presence in the ring. With over 300 fights, he is now working as a trainer, ready to share his tricks and techniques for your goals.

For decades, he has been a popular trainer who is highly knowledgeable about technique and enjoys explaining his expertise in detail. His trademark is his ambition to take you to the next level. We are confident that you can learn a lot from him.

His martial arts skills and discipline are exemplary. He is among Thailand’s elite fighters and has been competing in the best TV league for over 10 years. In 2023, he also had the opportunity to fight for the championship belt at the Rajadamnern Stadium.

Raised as a fighter, he has been trained as a trainer with us since 2022. Now he can also train you in Muay Thai with his technique and passion, while still actively competing in the ring. His specialty is delivering powerful knees that have put many opponents to sleep early in their fights.

Kru Bass, He started fighting in 2000, with a record of 230 fights (170 wins, 45 losses, 15 draws). Competing at a high level requires both physical and mental toughness, especially with his impressive fight record.

Muay Thai Coach

35-year-old Kru Lek has trained Muay Thai since age 6. With over 300 fights and 7 titles—including Lumpini TV and Channel 3 & 7—he’s a respected veteran known for skill, toughness, and fight IQ. A true Muay Thai warrior.
