After nearly a year of searching, we are thrilled to announce the acquisition of a new plot of land for the next phase in developing the ultimate Muay Thai facility. Located just 3.5 km from our current gym, this incredible 8500 sqm plot is perfectly situated right on the beach and next to the main road—a truly serendipitous find.

We are more motivated than ever to spend the next two to three years building our new gym on this land. Punch it Protection Wall with the new Punch it Gym update Part 5. It's just a wall, but this wall will be key in the future, especially when the rainy season hits. Normally, we don't have much water on this property, but with the possibility of an extended rainy season like we had a few years back, this wall will be our safeguard against flooding. We're also planning to install submerged pump stations, so in case of an emergency, we can pump water right out of the ground.
