To better connect our locations, we now run a free Punch it shuttle bus between our hotel fitness area and the Muay Thai gym. This makes it easy to move between training, recovery, and daily routines within the Punch it daily flow.
The shuttle also stops at Lamai Beach and at the Punch it Cafe, so you can head straight from training to the beach or enjoy a proper meal without needing a scooter.
The current shuttle schedule is always displayed at the gym.
